Connect Groups

What are Connect Groups about?

 As in any growing church, people need to connect with others in order to feel that they belong to and are cared for by the church. At Bagley Swamp we are convinced that life is best lived out in community. The more you allow yourself to be a part, the more you’ll get out of it.

 A Connect Group is basically a group of people meeting together regularly for the purpose of ‘doing life together’. A Bible study may happen, but the real focus of a Connect Group is the relationships that are developed among the members of the group.

 At Bagley Swamp, we feel that you have not truly experienced the church as described in the New Testament until you have gotten connected in a Connect Group!

What to Expect
Here are some great things to anticipate with your Connect Group:

• A place to belong      
• People who know you and you know them      
• A safe place to share what really is happening in life      
• Life discussion with others who are taking Jesus seriously      
• A place where people minister to you      
• A place where you can minister to others.

Why?

“The devoted themselves to the apostle’s teaching and to the fellowship . . . They broke bread in their homes with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2:42-47
